    It’s essential for customers to provide real names, complete address and contact information when placing an order. From time to time, customer service or the courier may need to contact the customers and incorrect customers information could result in delays in shipping and deliveries or orders being cancelled. Providing the correct customer information is the responsibility of the customer.

  3. Can I ship to a P.O. Box?

    Yes we can deliver to a P.O Box; however, we prefer to ship to a physical location.

  4. How do I track my order?

    When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. The email will provide details on how you can track your order.

  5. What does the packaging look alike?

    Green House Seed Co. values your privacy and desire to be discreet. The products will be in a branded original packaging that is shipped using a discreet bubble wrap shipping envelope. The shipping envelope will not have Green House Seed Co.’s logo nor advertising.

  6. How is shipping cost calculated?

    We ship using USPS and UPS. We offer free shipping for all orders about $99 and flat shipping rate of $8 for all orders under $99.

  7. How long does it take to process and ship my order?

    Your orders will be process and shipped within 3 days after payment is received. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, except for holidays. Shipping time varies, depending on location; however, most shipments should take between 3 to 6 days. You can track your shipment with you tracking number.

  8. What happens if my order is damaged in transit?

    In the unlikely event that an item is damaged during transit, you may send back the damaged products for a replacement. You must contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order. We will need a written description of the damage to the product accompanied with a photo of the damage. The product must be in it’s original packaging. All returns must be pre-approved by customer service before you send the damaged product back.

    Green House Seed Co. will not be responsible for the shipping cost incurred during the return. You must use a shipping method that provides a tracking number.

  9. What happens if parts of my order is missing or wrong items are shipped?

    In the unlikely event that items are missing or wrong items were shipped, please contact customer support within 14 days of receipt. You must send photos to support your claim for missing or wrong items shipped. We will ship the correct or missing items within 5 days of approval of your claim.
